Privacy Policy — One Day

The short version
One Day keeps your sobriety counters and journal on your phone. We collect nothing, we track nothing, and there are no ads. The app doesn't even have permission to connect to the internet. That's the whole model.
What the app stores — and where
Everything you enter into One Day — your counters, start dates, journal entries, pledges, reflections, reasons, photos and settings — is stored only on your device, in the app's own private storage. None of it is sent to B3N Digital or to anyone else. We run no servers for this app and receive no copy of your data.
You can export a backup file from inside the app at any time, free of charge. Where you save that file (your files, your cloud drive, your email to yourself) is entirely up to you — the app never transmits it anywhere on its own.
If you delete the app or clear its storage without a backup, that data is gone — it exists nowhere else.
What we collect
Nothing. One Day does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app contains:
- No ads and no advertising SDKs
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No account and no sign-up — the app never asks who you are
- No third-party data sharing of any kind
- No internet access — the app does not request the INTERNET permission
The app requests only the device permissions it needs to do its job. Purchases are verified on-device through Google Play (see below).
Purchases
One Day offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Pro Forever"). All purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's own payment terms and privacy policy. B3N Digital never sees or stores your payment details. Purchase status is verified on your device through Google Play so the app can unlock Pro features.
A note about the app's purpose
One Day is a personal day counter and journal. It is not a medical, treatment, or counseling service, and it is not a substitute for professional help or a recovery program. If you are in crisis in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). For substance-use support, call SAMHSA's National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 — free, confidential, 24/7.
Children
Because One Day collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. The core promise — your data stays on your device — is a design principle of the app, not a marketing line.
