The short version
SleepFade plays sleep sounds. It has no internet permission, no account, no ads and no analytics — your mixes and settings are stored only on your phone. That's it.
What the app stores — and where
Your saved mixes, last-played mix, timer choice and bedtime reminder setting are stored only on your device, in the app's own private storage. None of it is sent to B3N Digital or to anyone else. We run no servers for this app and receive no copy of your data.
What we collect
Nothing. SleepFade does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app contains:
- No ads and no advertising SDKs
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No account and no sign-up
- No third-party data sharing of any kind
- No internet access — the app does not request the INTERNET permission. You can verify this in your device settings (Settings → Apps → SleepFade → Permissions)
The app uses only local device capabilities: audio playback (including a foreground service and a wake lock while sounds play, so playback isn't cut off overnight), notifications (only for the optional bedtime reminder and the playback notification), and restoring your reminder after the phone restarts. All of these run entirely on your device.
Purchases
SleepFade offers an optional subscription (Pro) at $0.99/month or $9.99/year, billed through Google Play; prices are shown in Google Play before you buy. All purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's own payment terms and privacy policy. B3N Digital never sees or stores your payment details. Purchase status is verified on your device through Google Play so the app can unlock Pro features.
Children
Because SleepFade collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. The core promise — your data stays on your device — is a design principle of the app, not a marketing line.
